Position                      :  <\/strong>Customer Support Coordinator<\/p>\n\n\n\n

       Qualification<\/strong>             :  Mini. Graduate with Good Command on English (Fluent English)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

       Experience<\/strong>                 :  Mini. 2 Years and Max. 3 Year<\/p>\n\n\n\n

       Salary Range            <\/strong> : 15K to 25K<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
