Our Client has following requirement \u2013<\/p>\n

Post – GM Production<\/p>\n

Experience – 15 Years<\/p>\n

Salary – 12 to 15 Lacs per annum<\/p>\n

Location – Parwanoo (H.P)<\/p>\n

Industry – FMCG<\/p>\n

Male Candidate Only<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/p>\n

1.Will be overall in charge of smooth functioning of the factory.<\/p>\n

2.Should have had experience of independently managing a factory independently<\/u><\/p>\n

3.Should be a qualified Food Technologist \u2013 should have knowledge of products that we are manufacturing \/are planning to manufacture .Additional Qualification of MBA Production will make the person more suitable<\/u><\/p>\n

4.Should be able to function as de facto Owner<\/u> and Should be mature enough to take decisions in the interest of the organization.<\/p>\n

5Should have administrative experience, Should have basic knowledge of HR<\/p>\n

6.Should be proficient in use of computer and be able to generate reports  (MIS)  related to all functions on daily basis including production planning, output, materials, dispatch planning, hr functions etc.<\/p>\n

7.Should be a dynamic leader and should be able to carry complete team with him.<\/p>\n

8.Should not be in financial distress.<\/p>\n

9.Min 15 years experience in India\u2014candidates who have worked mainly in other countries  will not be preferred<\/u><\/p>\n

10.Should be willing to relocate to Parwanoo.<\/p>\n

  1. Should have pleasing personality. Should be energetic and optimistic<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    12.Should be from North India\u2014preferably from HP, Chandigarh, Punjab or Haryana<\/p>\n

    1. Products Likes Jelly Belly, Choclate, Confectionery other products.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
