Post – Trainer Incharge<\/p>\n

Experience – 3 to 4 Years<\/p>\n

Salary – 27k to 32k per month & Negotiable + conveyance reimbursement<\/p>\n

Qualification – Minimum graduate and MBA shall be given preference.<\/p>\n

Industry – Telecom<\/p>\n

Gender Preference – Male<\/p>\n

Job Profile<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Job would be in charge of training the TSOs and TSMs. TSO is a Territory Sales Officer who is in charge of Rural Distribution of prepaid business. He is an off-roll guy and manages Super Distributors and Associate Distributors who operate in rural areas. He reports to a TSM who is essentially a Territory Sales Manager. A TSM is an on-roll guy and this is the first front of the hierarchy in the sales organogram of prepaid sales in Vodafone.<\/li>\n
  2. Apart from doing induction and certification programs, the guy would be instrumental in ensuring maintenance of high productivity among the TSOs. Apart from the induction program, he would be involved actively in roll outs of schemes, products, processes et al on a regular basis.<\/li>\n
  3. He would be governed by a set of KPIS that he has to manage at the highest levels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required qualifications:-<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Minimum graduate and MBA shall be given preference.<\/li>\n
    2. Should be a hardcore trainer in prepaid sales or should be from FMCG background.<\/li>\n
    3. Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in training and added experience in sales of related background would be a plus point.<\/li>\n
    4. Salaries should be in the range of Rs. 27k to Rs. 32k and not beyond it. This is apart from a conveyance reimbursement provision which would be sealed at an upper limit.<\/li>\n
    5. He should be ready to travel across the length and breadth of the circle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
