Job Description: Team Lead<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:- 5 years to 8 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate for a senior development role will perform the following responsibilities:
1. Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.
2. Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities and get it done in time. He\/ she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
3. The Sr. developer will lead developers; Apart from this he will\/ can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for the smooth execution of projects. The senior developers will keep track and reviews existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
4. Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
5. Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software\/frameworks\/ languages\/ technology with ease.
6. Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n\n\n\n

>> Server-Side Programming<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Laravel, Codeigniter, CakePHP, Symfony, Zend (Any 3 are a must)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 WordPress\/Magento\/Shopify\/Opencart. ( Any 2 are a must)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Core PHP<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Object-oriented programming using PHP (Preferred if they have).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

>> Client-Side Programming<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 HTML (Must)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 CSS (Must)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Javascript (Must)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 jQuery (Must)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Angularjs (Must)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Database design and development<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 MySQL (Must) – Should have an idea about writing SQL queries, joins, optimization, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Build reusable code and libraries for future use using Javascript, JQuery, Angular, React.js, Nodejs. ( Must have experience in any one JS like angular\/node\/react)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
