b) Educational Qualification: Company Secretary Executive Program (Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) ( Regular Course )<\/p>\n
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- up to 8 yrs.<\/p>\n
d) Any Specific Industry \u2014 Automobile Industry \/ FMCG<\/p>\n
e) Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
1. Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM)\/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc.)
\n2. Supporting Executive of the Board of the company\/organization.
\n3. Drafting of policies and procedures.
\n4. Implementing procedural\/administrative systems
\n5. Handling correspondence before and after meetings
\n6. Providing legal\/financial advice during and outside of meetings.<\/p>\n

\nSalary: 10 Lac CTC (Annually)<\/p>\n
