\nProcess: International Process \u2013 Voice Customer Support.
\nDesignation : Customer Service Associate\/Sr. CSA -(Technical \/ Non-Technical).
\nFunctional Area : ITES , BPO , KPO , LPO , Customer Service
\nSalary: 18K to 30K \u2013 Depending on candidates experience & skills.<\/p>\n
Roles & Responsibilities:
\nIdentify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction
\nProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods\/tools
\nVerification of Customer information.<\/p>\n
Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at CSA level \u2013 Escalation for Sr. CSA.
\nImplement feedback given during monitoring sessions by QA \/ Team Leads
\nAppropriate documentation on client CRM
\nEnsuring data security – proprietary data of customers
\nMeeting SLA & KPI.<\/p>\n
Shift Window:-9 hrs (US Shifts)<\/p>\n
Qualification Required:-
\nGraduate\/Equivalent only.
\nMin 12 months of experience in an international BPO is required.
\nBanking customer service experience would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Skills Required:-
\nTyping Skills ( 25 wpm with 90% accuracy).
\nExcellent communication skills
\nStress tolerance
\nExcellent computer\/ internet navigation skills.
\nProblem analysis and solving
\nAdaptability
\nStability
\nSpontaneity<\/p>\n
