Profile – Sales and Admin manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience\u00a0– Minimum 5 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary – Upto 6LPA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location – Mumbai (nearby Dadar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industry – PharmaceuticalQualification: Graduate, Must have excellent knowledge of Advance Excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD:-
EXP: Min 5 years in the below JD in Pharmaceutical company (either distribution
company or CFA or CNF) and should be handling entire billing activities of all stockists
of the company.
CTC: Upto 6 LPA
Age: 28 years to 40 years.
Job Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Generating Performa invoices, tax invoice, e-way bills, credit\/debit note to the
super stockiest across India. Should have experience of generating and maintaining
records of the same, of minimum 26 super stockiest across India.
\uf0b7 Follow up with super stockiest and ensure timely entry of closing inventory at
Super stockiest level.
\uf0b7 Processing scheme claims of stockiest and incentive calculation of field force based
on targets given.
\uf0b7 Validating and maintain the system and Physical inventory from time to time, in
coordination with Warehouse manager and accounts.
\uf0b7 Preparing reports on sales and submitting to GM-Sales and management.
\uf0b7 Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and yearly
contracts of transporters; checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
\uf0b7 Entering data for invoices and delivery notes relating to purchases within Facilities,
including details regarding quantities in order to provide accurate data for setting
budgets.
\uf0b7 Preparation of Monthly presentation data.
