Job Description<\/p>\n
– Provide support to customers via telephone, email and remote control for the range of services and products that Solutions provide<\/p>\n
– Diagnose and resolve customer\u2019s problems<\/p>\n
– Provide weekly reports to key customers<\/p>\n
– Report and track faults through our wholesale suppliers<\/p>\n
– Ensure that customers are kept up to date at all times<\/p>\n
– Answer customers questions<\/p>\n
– Provide pre-sales technical support<\/p>\n
– To provide desktop support and general configuration of software<\/p>\n
– To provide network support and general configuration<\/p>\n
