Job Description:
\n-Analyzes updates and delivers training programs to staff at all levels of the organization.
\n-Provides English training for existing and new hires.
\n-Researches, designs, write and administer English tests to ensure understanding of material trained.
\n-Collaborates with Managers regarding individuals performance; develops process for retraining, as needed.
\n-Assists management in identifying training and development needs. Conducts research and analysis to assess training needs and seek new tools to support organizational objectives and goals.
\n-Stays abreast of and updates training content to ensure accuracy
\n-Answer questions from staff and educates them in the utilization of other available resources for information, including assisting staff in interpreting policies and procedures as they relate to training issues.
\n-Takes responsibility for individual career development and training and seeks opportunities to learn new skills.
\n-Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with management.
\n-Keeps management well informed of training activities and of any significant problems.
\n-Completes required test score reports, records, and other documentation.
\n-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. <\/p>\n
