Job Description:-
\n-Responsible for delivering and managing service excellence in programme management solutions delivering positive outcomes for our clients,providing leadership and coaching to programme & project managers, and innovation of service and knowledge.
\n-Drive the strategy and innovation initiatives developed by the client to help promote stakeholders as global leaders.
\n-Act as an integrator through coordinating finance, marketing, IT, security and the business together with corporate real estate systems to solve business problems and create continual improvements across the business.
\n-Prepare, update and communicate the retail master program including Design, Procurement, P&L, Capex, Key Planned Maintenance Milestones, End User Events and Statutory Requirements across all of APAC (16 countries).
\n-Proactively manage the programme of works and help establish a platform for continuous improvement and accuracy in reporting through implementing tools and processes around controls and governance.
\n-Interface with the clients team members to optimise the programme, helping to reduce risk and provide solutions in programme issues.
\n-Organise both periodic and ad-hoc programme meetings to engage client stakeholders and EC Harris programme managers across the region (including PM panels when required).
\n-Attend PMO meetings, catch up meetings and provide input as required to weekly and monthly reports.
\n-Co-ordinate with project managers & panel project managers in preparation for delivery of all retail projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
