Skills, Knowledge and\/or experience:-
\n-At least 2 years commercially proven experience in developing applications,including at least 1 years working with C#, SQL Server and Microsoft .NET Framework (ASP.NET, Windows Forms)
\n-Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server
\n-Excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
\n-Ability to understand the essential needs of users and meet these in well
\ndesigned programs
\n-Ability to communicate problems of a technical nature to all levels of
\nmanagement and users
\n-A high level of self motivation
\n-Flexibility in meeting dynamic requirements
\n-Skills in conducting structured analysis and problem analysis
\n-Experience with MS Office tools MS Excel, Word, Visio, etc
\n-Experience in component and assembly testing
\n-Knowledge of the SDLC
\n-Knowledge of common debugging techniques
