Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
– Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru, virtual Worker etc.<\/p>\n
-To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton\u2019s Procedure and Clients Specifications.<\/p>\n
-To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.<\/p>\n
-To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.<\/p>\n
-To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid.<\/p>\n
-To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.<\/p>\n
-Experience in handling overseas clients<\/p>\n
-Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory)<\/p>\n
