Skills Required<\/strong><\/td>Process & result orientation,  Team Handling,  organising skills, Execution Focus & Customer Focus.Customer Service:<\/strong>\u00b7 Implement 10 feet Rule :: Greet EVERY<\/strong> customer who comes within a 10 Feet radius of any staff\u00b7 Ensure 100% GUEST sales process implementation and compliance\u00b7 \u00b7 Planogram and merchandising compliance\u00b7 Ushers\/ Reverse Ushers customers & acts on customer feedback <\/strong>Performance Management & Review:<\/strong>\u00b7 Meet targets as per KPIs\u00b7 Execute plans to maximize sales, Profit and Customer Experience\u00b7 \u00b7 100% responsibility and accountability for complete compliance on promotion and offer execution \u2013 Zero tolerance <\/strong>In store Merchandising:<\/strong> \u00b7  Ensure ticketing compliance (Correctness, cleanliness, adherence to guidelines)100% compliance on merchandising, display guidelines\u00b7 Drive liquidation of SLM & Ageing stocks <\/strong>Process:<\/strong>\u00b7 Responsible for maintaining stock accuracy (System and Physical stocks)\u00b7 PID\u2019s schedule compliance on a regular basis\u00b7 To ensure the adherence to SOPs in the section\u00b7 Drives \u201cLean Time Equals Learn Time\u201d principle for his team People:<\/strong>\u00b7 Plan staffing, sales targets for all team members\u00b7 Review performance on a daily basis for each team member and provide feedback and support to ensure they achieve the targets
