Qualifications B.E.Mechanical or Equivalent
Gender:- Male
CTC \/ Budget \/Package (fixed+variable):-Between 6 to 8 LPA -CTC – can varies based on the suitability of
the candidate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience 6 to 8 Years
Key Skills required : Good communication. \uf06c Negotiation skills
\uf06c Good presentation skills.
\uf06c Technical sales skills, capital equipment closure skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Summary
To plan and manage direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and
develop sales of Company product range, in accordance with agreed business plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Responsibilities
\/ KRAs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf076 Responsible for achieving the sales\/billing targets set by the
organisation.
\uf076 Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed
budgets, sales volumes, values, total solutions and timescales
& periodic review of the same.
Maintain a customer and prospect database.
\uf076 Generation of sales enquiries.
\uf076 Interact with customers to build relationship
\uf076 Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate pre and
post sales-technical & commercial assistance and solutions.
\uf076 Monitor and control receivables and commercial documents
against invoices.
\uf076 Cover untapped area and customers for generation of new
opportunities and orders.
\uf076 Adherence to ISO process.
\uf076 Acquisition of Competitor Customer\uf076 Co ordination with other functional departments.
\uf076 Maintain and develop existing and new customers through
planned individual account support.
\uf076 Provide on job training and recruitment of junior marketing
team.
\uf076 Assist Sales Head in organizing branding activities.
\uf076 Assisting Sales Head in generation of MIS reports, annual
budget and forecasting.
\uf076 Carry out Market research for marketing strategies against
competitor products.
\uf076 Generate cold calls
\uf076 Establish accountability and ownership towards achievement
of deliverables against the plan
\uf076 Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to direct
reports \/ team members in order to achieve business results<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Plan V\/s Actual – No of enquiry Generation.
2. Plan V\/s Achieved – Sales\/Billing for the month\/year.
3. No. of New customers acquisition – for months. 4. To collect payments on time.
