Job Overview: Your role as a Financial Analyst in our organization will be to provide accurate and data-based information on company\u2019s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity.
You will research and analyse financial information to help company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.
Job Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) considering
company\u2019s goals and financial standing
\uf0b7 Assemble and summarize data to produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial
results, and variance reporting
\uf0b7 Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial
performance
\uf0b7 Identify trends and consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic
decisions
\uf0b7 Conduct business studies to develop financial and forecast models that help with decision-
making
\uf0b7 Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
\uf0b7 Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
\uf0b7 Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
\uf0b7 Conduct benchmarking and process analysis to drive process improvement and policy
development initiatives that impact the function.
\uf0b7 Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Job Requirements:
\uf0b7 Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst
\uf0b7 Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
\uf0b7 Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
\uf0b7 Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
\uf0b7 Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information
analysis
\uf0b7 Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business
environments
\uf0b7 Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
\uf0b7 Attention to accuracy and detail required
