Profile Summary: This is a middle level profile that requires experience in multiplying sales ratio of the company. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional acquainted to generate new clientele and maintaining key accounts of the organisation. Organise all sales and marketing requirements of the organisation.<\/p>\n
JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Bidding accurately and targeting high revenue with less bids. Experience in Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Should be able to write proposals, sales letter, etc. in very professional manner.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Pre sell and post sell activities.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Excellent communication skills [Verbal & written]. Candidates having good exposure in Skype calling will be preferred.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Generate new clients pro-actively and map new potential segments in the market (Mainly in oDesk\/Upwork, experience in Guru, Freelancer or any other portal will be a plus).<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Internet research about potential outsourcing partners and eventual partnerships. Knowledge of internet concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM etc.) and websites\/web\/mobiles applications is Mandatory.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Building & strengthening relationships with prospective client.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Candidates having Technical Background i.e – Educational Background and Work.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 Candidate should be highly proficient in lead conversions with a proven track record.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 In depth experience in Client negotiations.<\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0 End to end knowledge of sales cycle including lead generation to closure<\/p>\n
