JOB DESCRIPTION:
\uf0b7 Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (Australian international
process).
\uf0b7 Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills.
\uf0b7 Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media.
\uf0b7 Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
\uf0b7 Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
\uf0b7 Warming calling to prospects.
\uf0b7 Communicate and co-ordinate with internal teams.
\uf0b7 Should have descent keyboard and mouse handling skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
\uf0b7 Should Possess good verbal & written in English.
\uf0b7 Ability to work under pressure.
\uf0b7 Be precise at work.
\uf0b7 Should be a quick learner.
