Company:<\/strong> Media Company<\/p>\n Location:<\/strong> Mumbai, Bangalore<\/p>\n Experience:<\/strong> 4 to 7 yrs<\/p>\n Salary:<\/strong> – 6 to 8 lacs PA<\/p>\n Positions:<\/strong> 02<\/p>\n Main Responsibilities –<\/strong><\/p>\n – Establish and grow relationship with decision makers\/ influencers within major client and ad-agencies.<\/p>\n – Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities.<\/p>\n – Strategize for growth and maximum share of category spends on digital platform<\/p>\n – Providing actionable insights on ad-performance using analytical tools.<\/p>\n – Report on ad sales, impressions and related metrics client servicing and key account management.<\/p>\n – Meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets<\/p>\n – Keep upto date with trends and development in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities.<\/p>\n Qualifications \/ Experience –<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Graduate (MBA preferred) with 4 – 6 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in online agency business or within online ad sales)<\/p>\n \u00b7 Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition<\/p>\n \u00b7 Should have experience in CPM\/CPC\/CPL\/PPC models etc<\/p>\n \u00b7 Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 High on initiative. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders. Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ability to understand customer segment \/ customer specific needs & requirements and provide best solution<\/p>\n \u00b7 Must have good exposure and contacts with advertiser<\/p>\n
