Profile – Business Development Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location – Mumbai (Andheri east)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gender preference – Any<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience – 7 – 10 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary – 10-17Lakhs PA CTC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Target industry – IT Staffing sales (No channel sales, software sales, enterprise sales, solution sales) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Position: BDM<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Location: Andheri East (Mumbai)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/strong> <\/strong>The Business Development Manager would be responsible for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Acquiring and Managing new accounts for the assigned countries (UK\/Europe\/USA\/Canada\/Australia\/New Zealand\/South Africa) within IT Staffing space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Generating Sales leads with high end potential accounts and taking the complete accountability to complete the sales cycle in acquiring new accounts in the international market<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Coordinate with the Delivery Managers to ensure the IT staffing needs of  the accounts are addressed & at the same time maintaining the client relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Managing the existing accounts by strategizing additional opportunities within the existing account and increasing the revenue of the existing account<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideal Candidates must have<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Established strong alliances and partnerships with clients and key account representatives through various modes of networking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Created new business opportunities and strengthened existing client partnerships in IT Staffing Sales in countries like UK\/Europe\/Australia\/USA\/Canada\/South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Participated in various RFI\/RFP process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Focused and goal-oriented with strong communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Must have international experience in acquiring contract\/ permanent IT staffing business<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates should be from relevant IT staffing companies like Nityo Infotech, Mpower Plus, IDC Technologies, Datamatics Staffing etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They should not be from corporate background i.e on payrolls of Wipro,\u00a0 TCS, Infosys, Capgemini as the corporate culture would differ from the consulting culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
