Qualifications \u00a0 :\u00a0 M.B.A (HR) \/ M.H.R.M or any other equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience \u00a0 :\u00a0 Min 8+ Years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary \u00a0 :\u00a0 6 – 8 LPA (Not Constraint for the Right Candidate)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work & Interview location:\u00a0 \u00a0Hyderabad<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:-
\uf0fc Develop and implement\u00a0HR\u00a0strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital\uf0fc Develop and monitor overall\u00a0HR\u00a0strategies, systems, tactics and procedures.\uf0fc Nurture a positive working environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance\uf0fc Maintain pay plan and benefits program<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Report to management and provide decision support through\u00a0HR\u00a0metrics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management\uf0fc Manage the recruitment and selection process
Requirements:-
\uf0fc Proven working experience as\u00a0HR\u00a0manager or other\u00a0HR\u00a0senior level professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc People-oriented and results-driven<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Knowledge of\u00a0HR\u00a0systems and databases<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc In-depth knowledge of labor law,\u00a0HR\u00a0best practices and policies implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Degree in Human Resources or related field
