We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our workplace interiors segment. The role involves acquiring new corporate clients, generating qualified leads, and converting them into profitable interior fit-out projects. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while collaborating with internal teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business Development & Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Identify and acquire new corporate\/workplace interior projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Generate leads through brokers, consultants, developers, PMCs, and direct clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Present company capabilities, design solutions, and value propositions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Lead negotiations, finalize commercials, and close deals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client & Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, facility heads, real estate teams, and consultants<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Market & Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Develop business development strategies across sectors (IT, corporates, MNCs, startups)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Establish partnerships with brokers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internal Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company margins<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Facilitate smooth handover of projects to execution teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leadership & Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Build and manage a strong sales pipeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Report directly to senior management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Mentor junior team members (if applicable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Proven experience in business development within commercial\/workplace interiors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Strong network with corporates, brokers, PMCs, and consultants<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Basic understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project costing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic thinker<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Background<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Experience in office fit-outs and turnkey interior projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Exposure to medium to large-scale commercial projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Strong B2B sales closing track record
