About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our furniture and interior solutions business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B and project sales, with the ability to build lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, corporate clients, and premium retail customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Identify and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Coordinate closely with the design, estimation, and production teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure and post-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and timely follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5\u20138 years of proven sales experience in the furniture, modular furniture, interior design, fit-out, or premium building materials industry.
Experience handling residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and project consultants is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently achieve sales targets.
