We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Cement Sr. Sales Officers <\/strong>to promoteand sell our cement products. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge,excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>\u2022Identify potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, engineers, anddistributors.\u2022Visit construction sites regularly to promote cement products and generate newbusiness opportunities.\u2022Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide marketintelligence to management.\u2022Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.\u2022Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.\u2022Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features andbenefits.\u2022Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment andcustomer satisfaction.\u2022Expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence.\u2022Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with infrastructureprojects, contractors, builders, RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) customers, individualcustomers, house builders, architects, engineers, dealers, and distributors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills<\/strong>:<\/strong>\u2022Sales & Marketing\u2022Dealer and Distributor Management\u2022Channel Sales\u2022Customer Relationship Management\u2022Market Research & Competitor Analysis\u2022Negotiation & Communication Skills\u2022Lead Generation & Business Development\u2022MS Excel & MS Office\u2022Reporting & Documentation\u2022Time Management\u2022Problem-Solving Skills\u2022Relevant experience in cement, building materials, or construction product marketingis mandatory.\u2022Strong industry network will be an added advantage.
