We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead the complete sales function, drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and establish the project as the preferred luxury destination in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and inventory absorption targets.
\uf0b7 Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and a culture of excellence.
\uf0b7 Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, family offices, investors, and key decision-makers.
\uf0b7 Develop and strengthen a high-performing channel partner and broker network across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi NCR.
\uf0b7 Design and execute channel partner engagement programs to maximize sales productivity.
\uf0b7 Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute high-impact luxury marketing campaigns.
\uf0b7 Plan and manage exclusive customer engagement initiatives, investor meets, luxury showcases, broker events, and experiential marketing activities.
\uf0b7 Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, product positioning, sales planning, and go-to-market initiatives.
\uf0b7 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities within the luxury real estate segment.
\uf0b7 Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, MIS reporting, and performance analytics.
\uf0b7 Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
\uf0b7 Represent the organization professionally at industry events, networking forums, and strategic business meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned real estate sales leader with a strong reputation in the luxury residential market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Essential Requirements
\uf0b7 Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in the real estate industry.
\uf0b7 Must have successfully headed the sales function of at least one or two reputed large-scale residential or luxury real estate project.
\uf0b7 Demonstrated experience in handling projects with significant inventory value and premium positioning.
\uf0b7 Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
\uf0b7 Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and retain high- performing sales teams.
\uf0b7 Extensive experience in Channel Partner Management, including acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
\uf0b7 Established network and strong relationships with leading brokers and channel partners across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi NCR.
\uf0b7 Sound understanding of luxury real estate marketing, brand positioning, customer acquisition strategies, and event management.
\uf0b7 Experience in planning and executing premium launches, investor events, broker meets, and luxury experiential campaigns.
\uf0b7 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
\uf0b7 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
\uf0b7 Highly presentable with executive presence and professional grooming suitable for engaging affluent clientele.
\uf0b7 Strong business acumen, commercial orientation, and analytical decision-making capabilities.
\uf0b7 Willingness to travel extensively across North India as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Qualifications
\uf0b7 MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
\uf0b7 Experience in luxury hospitality, premium second homes, branded residences, golf communities, wellness resorts, or ultra-luxury residential developments will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
