ROLE SUMMARY
Manager \u2013 Business Planning & Operations will work directly with the Managing Director and play a key role in sales planning, business analysis, inventory planning, import coordination, logistics tracking, collection monitoring, service monitoring, and management reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\u2022 Coordinate monthly sales planning with the sales team.
\u2022 Track target achievement and prepare sales performance reports.
\u2022 Analyze inventory levels and support import planning decisions.
\u2022 Monitor stock ageing, replenishment requirements, and warehouse inventory.
\u2022 Track import shipments, container movements, ETD, ETA, customs clearance, and deliveries.
\u2022 Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams.
\u2022 Monitor customer collections, overdue accounts, and working capital performance.
\u2022 Coordinate with sales teams for collection follow-up and credit control.
\u2022 Monitor after-sales service performance and complaint closure.
\u2022 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management dashboards and MIS reports.
\u2022 Drive cross-functional coordination between Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Service, Purchase, and Management teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
\u2022 MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\u2022 Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
\u2022 Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
\u2022 Strong communication and presentation skills.
\u2022 Experience in manufacturing, distribution, electrical, battery, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
\u2022 Sales planning accuracy
\u2022 Inventory turnover and stock availability
\u2022 Collection efficiency and overdue reduction
\u2022 Logistics and shipment tracking accuracy
\u2022 Service complaint closure performance
\u2022 Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports <\/p>\n\n\n\n
