The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity surveying, vendor coordination, commercial management, and client interaction throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of interior fit-out works, and the ability to manage project costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. BOQ &amp; Cost Estimation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare detailed BOQs for civil and interior fit-out works based on GFC drawings, concept designs, and site requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop accurate project cost estimates, budgeting, and cost benchmarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design intent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain updated market rates for materials, labour, finishes, and vendor pricing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Quantity Surveying &amp; Commercial Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform quantity take-offs for civil and interior works including flooring, ceilings, partitions, finishes, joinery, and related packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor project costs from design development through execution and closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage variations, billing certifications, subcontractor evaluations, and final account settlements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure commercial compliance and budget control across projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Tendering &amp; Vendor Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Float RFQs, analyse quotations, and prepare comparative statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for civil interior packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate vendor bills against BOQs, approved rates, and site progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support procurement and commercial finalisation activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Client Coordination &amp; Pre-Sales Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in client discussions for cost presentations, budgeting, and BOQ clarifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with design and business development teams during proposal and tender stages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing commercial proposals and project cost plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
