The role is critical in building a scalable and disciplined warehouse function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage\u00a0end-to-end warehouse operations\u00a0\u2013 inward, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure\u00a0inventory accuracy\u00a0(physical vs system reconciliation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive\u00a0SOP compliance\u00a0and maintain audit readiness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve\u00a0dispatch accuracy, OTIF, and warehouse productivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize\u00a0logistics costs\u00a0and reduce operational leakages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with transport, QC, and cross-functional teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build reports, dashboards, and review mechanisms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and manage warehouse and logistics teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Candidate Profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5\u20137+ years of experience in\u00a0warehouse &amp; logistics operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in\u00a0OEM parts, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial distribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of\u00a0inventory management and warehouse processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on, process-driven, and execution-focused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good team handling and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Metrics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inventory accuracy &amp;
