Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive \u2013 Vending Machines to drive business growth by identifying new locations, onboarding clients, and expanding vending machine placements. The role involves B2B sales, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales & Business Development
\uf0b7 Identify and approach potential clients such as offices, factories, hospitals, schools, malls, hostels, and commercial spaces.
\uf0b7 Present vending machine solutions and explain commercial models (rental, revenue sharing, or hybrid).
\uf0b7 Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client Relationship Management
\uf0b7 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
\uf0b7 Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
\uf0b7 Address client queries, feedback, and escalations in coordination with internal teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Site Evaluation &amp; Machine Placement
\uf0b7 Evaluate potential sites for feasibility (footfall, space, power supply).
\uf0b7 Recommend suitable vending machines and product mix based on customer demand.
\uf0b7 Coordinate with the operations team for installation and commissioning of machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revenue & Business Growth
\uf0b7 Monitor machine performance and suggest strategies to increase sales per machine.
\uf0b7 Upsell additional machines or products at existing client locations.
\uf0b7 Support promotional activities to enhance vending sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internal Coordination
\uf0b7 Liaise with operations, supply chain, and service teams to ensure timely refilling and maintenance.
\uf0b7 Communicate client commitments clearly to avoid service gaps or disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Market Intelligence
\uf0b7 Track competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
\uf0b7 Share market insights and customer trends with management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting & Documentation
\uf0b7 Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and agreements.
\uf0b7 Update CRM with sales activities, follow-ups, and closures.
\uf0b7 Submit daily\/weekly sales and visit reports to the reporting manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Skills
\uf0b7 Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales\/Marketing preferred).
\uf0b7 1\u20133 years of experience in B2B \/ field sales (FMCG, vending, facility management preferred).
\uf0b7 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
\uf0b7 Basic understanding of vending machines and operations.
\uf0b7 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
