Job Summary:
The National Service Manager oversees daily service operations, ensure strict control,
transparency and efficiency in warranty and service operations for lead-acid batteries across all
branches, while minimizing replacement costs and preventing misuse or leakage.
Key Objectives:
\u25cf Ensure strict control, transparency and efficiency in warranty and service operations, &
reporting to reduce overall Warranty & Replacement cost of the company.
\u25cf Reduce Turn-around-Time for replacement for customers to ensure higher customer
satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
\u25cf Service Operations Management
\u25cb Oversee Service operations across all branch locations (PAN India).
\u25cb Ensure smooth coordination and standardize processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cb Monitor branch performance and resolve operational issues.
\u25cf Warranty Approval &amp; Control
\u25cb Review and approve\/reject warranty claims from branches.
\u25cb Verify serial number authenticity and invoice date and warranty validity.
\u25cb Inspect physical condition (bulge, leakage, misuse)
\u25cb Ensure only genuine claims are approved.
\u25cf Supplier Claim Management
\u25cb Compile and submit claims to suppliers.
\u25cb Maintain documentation ( photos,reports,batch details )
\u25cb Follow up for credit notes and FOC replacements.
\u25cf Audits &amp; Verification
\u25cb Conduct regular physical audits across locations.
\u25cb Verify scrap and pending warranty cases.
\u25cb Perform random checks to prevent unauthorized claims.
\u25cf Failure Analysis Reporting
\u25cb Identify high-failure models and misuse patterns.
\u25cb Analyze charging and application issues
\u25cb Submit monthly MIS reports with replacement % root cause and cost impact.
\u25cf MIS &amp; Reporting
\u25cb Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across locations.
\u25cb Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards.
\u25cb Ensure timely submission of reports from all branches.
\u25cb Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
\u25cb Track key performance metrics across all branches.
\u25cb Share reports with management for review and planning.
\u25cf Data Analysis &amp; Insights
\u25cb Analyze operational data to identify trends and gaps.
\u25cb Highlight performance issues and improvement areas.
\u25cb Provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
\u25cf SOP Implementation &amp; Training
\u25cb Implement SOPs across all branches.
\u25cb Train teams on processes and best practices.
\u25cb Ensure all branches follow warranty SOP and documentation standard.
\u25cf Cost Control
\u25cb Monitor replace % vs sales
\u25cb Track branch-wise variance
\u25cb Highlight abnormal trends and take corrective action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:
\uf0b7 Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce \/ IT \/ Analytics).
\uf0b7 Experience in warranty handling and multi-location coordination.
\uf0b7 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
\uf0b7 Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
Preferred Skills:
\u25cf Experience in handling logistics \/ service \/ inventory data.
\u25cf Knowledge of ERP or MIS software.
\u25cf Good command on MS Excel
\u25cf Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
Working Details:

\u25cf Working Days: 6 Days a week<\/p>\n\n\n\n
