Role Objective
To ensure consistent production, high quality, controlled costs, and smooth factory operations of
Lithium Ion Batteries, with minimal dependence on management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Coordination
\uf0b7 Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and finalize timelines
\uf0b7 Plan and execute daily\/weekly\/monthly production schedules
\uf0b7 Organize workflow and optimize resources for maximum efficiency
\uf0b7 Ensure on-time production with full ownership of output
2. Assembly Line Management
\uf0b7 Manage complete assembly line operations and manpower deployment
\uf0b7 Monitor production performance, bottlenecks, and output in real-time
\uf0b7 Improve productivity, efficiency, and cycle time
\uf0b7 Ensure repair & maintenance of production equipment
3. Production Setup & Process Ownership
\uf0b7 Set up complete production including hardware &amp; process requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Design production flow, layout, and line structure
\uf0b7 Implement scalable and efficient manufacturing systems
\uf0b7 Take ownership of entire production process end-to-end
4. Quality, Testing &amp; Troubleshooting
\uf0b7 Ensure highest standards of product &amp; process quality
\uf0b7 Implement incoming, in-process, and final quality checks
\uf0b7 Develop EWS and resolve issues in defined timelines
\uf0b7 Establish and monitor quality KPIs for continuous improvement
5. Cost Control &amp; Efficiency
\uf0b7 Drive cost-effective measures to reduce production cost
\uf0b7 Monitor material consumption, wastage, and rejection
\uf0b7 Ensure BOM adherence in production
\uf0b7 Improve cost per unit through efficiency improvements
6. Inventory &amp; Vendor Management
\uf0b7 Plan raw material requirements and coordinate with procurement
\uf0b7 Drive raw material standardization and vendor improvement
\uf0b7 Maintain optimal inventory levels
\uf0b7 Ensure smooth material flow for uninterrupted production
7. Process &amp; SOP Implementation
\uf0b7 Develop SOPs and standard work instructions
\uf0b7 Standardize assembly, testing, and packing processes
\uf0b7 Ensure strict adherence to processes
\uf0b7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives
8. Team Management
\uf0b7 Supervise and evaluate production personnel performance
\uf0b7 Allocate manpower and monitor productivity
\uf0b7 Train team on production, quality, and safety
\uf0b7 Maintain discipline and accountability
9. Maintenance &amp; Equipment Control
\uf0b7 Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance
\uf0b7 Minimize machine downtime
\uf0b7 Monitor equipment performance and utilization
\uf0b7 Maintain logs and maintenance records<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Cross-Functional Coordination
\uf0b7 Coordinate with R&amp;D, Quality, Service, and Purchase teams
\uf0b7 Align production with customer and internal requirements
\uf0b7 Analyze field failures and implement improvements
\uf0b7 Support new product development and transitions
11. Compliance, Safety &amp; MIS
\uf0b7 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards
\uf0b7 Maintain ISO and audit compliance
\uf0b7 Track production, rejection, and efficiency data
\uf0b7 Report MIS and key operational insights to management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
