Role Summary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA fresher to join our Business Development team in the workplace interiors segment. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in B2B sales and corporate client management. You will support the Business Development Manager in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and driving business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00b7 Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and business opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00b7 Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00b7Initiate contact with prospective clients, brokers, and consultants<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior Business Development team members<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintain and update lead databases and track follow-ups regularly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members when required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Ensure consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Required Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 MBA (Marketing \/ Sales \/ Business Development)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  High level of confidence and willingness to engage in cold calling\/Meeting clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Good organizational and time management abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and execution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Preferred Profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internship or project experience in sales, business development, or marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interest in B2B sales, corporate clients, or the interiors\/real estate industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basic understanding of client relationship management and sales processes
