Role Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, exceptional guest experience, and efficient team coordination while maintaining high hospitality standards.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Operations\u00a0ManagementOversee daily operations of the\u00a0property, ensuring seamless functioning of all departmentsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and overall\u00a0property\u00a0presentationEnsure all cottages and common areas are guest-ready at all times<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2. Guest Experience & HospitalityAct as the primary point of contact for guests during their stayHandle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requestsEnsure a personalized and memorable guest experienceAddress and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Team\u00a0ManagementSupervise and manage the on-site team (chef, housekeeping, steward, etc.)Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure staff efficiencyConduct regular briefings and maintain team discipline and motivation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Coordination with StayVistaWork closely with the StayVista team for bookings, guest communication, and service standardsEnsure compliance with StayVista operational guidelines and SOPsShare regular updates and reports with stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Inventory & Vendor\u00a0ManagementManage inventory for kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance suppliesCoordinate with vendors for timely procurement and servicesControl costs while maintaining quality standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Maintenance & UpkeepEnsure timely maintenance and repairs of\u00a0property\u00a0infrastructureConduct regular inspections to identify issues proactivelyCoordinate with technicians\/vendors for quick resolution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Reporting & AdministrationMaintain daily operational reports, guest feedback, and occupancy recordsHandle basic administrative tasks related to the\u00a0propertyEnsure proper documentation and compliance with local regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidate Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

4 \u20137 years of experience in hotel, resort, or\u00a0property\u00a0managementStrong command of spoken and written EnglishPresentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanorExcellent interpersonal and guest-handling skillsProven ability to manage and lead a team effectivelyStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a remote\/hill location<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Degree\/Diploma in Hotel Management or HospitalityExperience working with luxury properties or boutique stays<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
