As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Head of Sales<\/strong>&nbsp;to lead our growth strategy in the region.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Description:<\/strong>We are looking to hire dynamic and motivated&nbsp;Field Sales&nbsp;Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting our uPVC &amp; Aluminium Doors &amp; Windows products, generating leads, and closing sales through field visits and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Actively generate and follow up on leads within the assigned territoryMeet with customers (builders, contractors, architects, etc.) to understand requirements and promote product solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partnersMeet monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales supportIdentify and develop new distributor relationshipsMaintain regular reporting on sales activities and market feedbackEligibility Criteria:Gender: Male (mandatory)Experience Preference:1st Preference: Candidates with sales experience in the building materials or uPVC windows &amp;
