Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee installation and execution of modular kitchens and wardrobes at client sites. The candidate will ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction. Basic understanding of modular kitchen fittings, hardware, and materials. Ability to read and understand design drawings. Ability to manage multiple sites if required. Willing to travel whenever require even out of town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Supervise and manage on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Coordinate effectively with carpenters, installers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Ensure all work is carried out as per approved design specifications and project timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Monitor the quality of materials used and workmanship at site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions prior to installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Identify and resolve on-site issues; escalate critical concerns to management when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Maintain daily progress reports and provide regular updates to the management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Interact with clients at site to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Must be open to traveling across different project locations as per business requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Flexible working hours depending on site schedules and project deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Basic understanding of modular kitchen fittings, hardware, and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Ability to read and understand design drawings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Good coordination and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Ability to manage multiple sites if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Education Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in modular kitchen, furniture, or interior projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Diploma \/ ITI \/ Any relevant technical qualification (preferred).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7Minimum [1\u20133] years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
