Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Procurement Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Execute end-to-end procurement processes \u2013 RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and order placement \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and agreements \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Conduct techno-commercial comparisons and cost evaluations \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Support tendering, quotation analysis, and vendor selection<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Plan and coordinate material movement across multiple project sites \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Track deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Resolve logistics issues and coordinate with vendors, transporters, and site teams<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n


      Inventory & Stores Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Oversee store activities \u2013 material receipt (GRN), storage, issuance, and reconciliation \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid shortages\/excess \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Ensure proper material tracking and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Project Commercial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Coordinate with Project Managers & Site Engineers for material planning and \u00a0execution\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Monitor material consumption, budgets, and cost control\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Support billing inputs, documentation, and audit processes\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Ensure adherence to contractual, quality, and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Vendor & Market Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Build and maintain a strong vendor network in Bangalore\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Lead price negotiations and supplier finalization\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Identify alternate vendors to optimize cost and lead time\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            MIS & Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            1. Maintain accurate records using MS Excel \/ ERP systems\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Generate reports on: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Procurement status\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Inventory levels\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Cost tracking\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Procurement \/ Commercial Operations \/ Supply Chain \/ Stores \u00a0Exposure to: \u00a0\uf0b7 EPC \/ Electrical \/ Construction projects (preferred)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Site-based or project-driven environments (added advantage)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Basic understanding of electrical materials (preferred)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic analysis)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. Understanding of material planning and project timelines\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Language & Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Kannada (preferred for local vendor coordination)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
