Role Summary
<\/strong>We are looking for a senior business development leader to drive growth for our workplace interior projects. The role is responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, building strategic relationships, generating qualified leads, and converting them into profitable interior fit-out projects.
This position will own the entire business development lifecycle  from lead generation to deal closure  working closely with the design, estimation, and project teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Business\u00a0Development\u00a0& Sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Identify and acquire new\u00a0corporate\u00a0and workplace interior projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Generate leads through brokers, consultants, developers, PMCs, corporates, and direct clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Pitch company capabilities, design solutions, and value propositions to decision-makers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Lead negotiations, finalize commercials, and close deals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Client & Relationship Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, facility\u00a0heads, real estate teams, and consultants<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales and handover to execution teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat\u00a0business<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Market & Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming workplace projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Develop\u00a0BD strategies for target sectors (IT, corporates, MNCs, startups, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Identify partnerships with brokers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n


      Internal Coordination
      Work closely with:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Design team for proposals and presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Estimation team for BOQs and pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Project team for smooth handover post-award<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company margins<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Leadership & Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. Build and manage a BD\/sales pipeline<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Mentor junior BD or sales team members (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Prepare regular MIS reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and forecasts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Report directly to senior management \/ founders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Required Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Proven experience in commercial \/ workplace interiors\u00a0business\u00a0development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Strong network with corporates, brokers, PMCs, and consultants<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project costing (high-level)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Result-driven, self-motivated, and strategic thinker<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          6. Comfortable with field work, client meetings, and networking events<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Preferred Background<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \n
            1. Experience with office fit-outs, commercial interiors, turnkey projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Exposure to medium to large value projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Strong closing track record in B2B environments
