Job Summary:
<\/strong>The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for B2B field sales of portable engineering goods, including identifying potential industrial clients, conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires regular client visits, strong technical understanding, and consultative selling ability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities
<\/strong>1. Business Development
\u2022 Identify and generate new B2B leads in assigned territory.
\u2022 Visit factories, industrial plants, workshops, and engineering companies.
\u2022 Develop relationships with maintenance heads, plant managers, purchase managers, and technical teams.
\u2022 Map key industries and build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
\u2022 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
\u2022 Present and demonstrate portable engineering equipment at client sites.
\u2022 Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
\u2022 Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Technical Selling
\u2022 Understand client application requirements.
\u2022 Recommend suitable portable engineering products based on usage.
\u2022 Explain product specifications, features, and ROI benefits.
\u2022 Coordinate with technical team for customized solutions (if required).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Customer Relationship Management
\u2022 Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
\u2022 Ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
\u2022 Resolve customer concerns in coordination with service team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Reporting & Documentation
\u2022 Maintain daily visit reports.
\u2022 Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and order status.
\u2022 Provide market intelligence and competitor updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
