Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Electrical Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with<\/p>\n\n\n\n

relevant standards and regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

communication skills, along with in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and project management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

principles.

Key Responsibilities:
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 End to end project management activities right from project initiation stage till final product<\/p>\n\n\n\n

delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Determine and define project scope and objectives as per customer requirement and needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Determine project specifications by thorough study of performance standards, requirements and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

technical studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Effectively communicate across business functions and different stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Interact with suppliers and technicians to deliver according to the project deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Interact with suppliers as needed for selecting components and clarifying technical queries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sustain good customer relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Manage collections from customers
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project Planning and Scheduling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource<\/p>\n\n\n\n

allocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project<\/p>\n\n\n\n

objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and identify potential challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Budget Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Estimate project costs and formulate budgets in collaboration with the finance department.\u2022 Monitor project expenses, exercise cost control, and make adjustments as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide regular financial reports to senior management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lead a diverse team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Offer guidance, support, and motivation to team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality Assurance and Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure projects adhere to relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Implement and sustain quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide consistent project updates, address concerns, and manage client expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Identify opportunities for additional services and ensure overall customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Risk Management:
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to the project.

Qualifications:
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Diploma- Electrical Engineering or a related field with 2-3 yrs experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Solid knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in relevant tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong leadership and team management abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prior experience in electrical estimation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS -Excel and MS-Word is a must<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Knowledge of Kannada is a must<\/p>\n\n\n\n
