Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Site Execution & Technical Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Complete responsibility for end-to-end execu%on of the bungalow project.
\u2022 Supervise and execute works including:
\u2022 Brickwork & block masonry
\u2022 Internal & external plaster
\u2022 False ceiling (gypsum \/ POP \/ designer ceilings)
\u2022 Flooring (Cles, marble, granite, wooden, etc.)
\u2022 Electrical works (conduits, wiring, fixtures, panels)
\u2022 Plumbing & sanitary works
\u2022 Waterproofing, finishing & miscellaneous works
\u2022 Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifica%ons, and
quality standards.
\u2022 Resolve technical issues at site and coordinate design clarificaCons when
required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Contractor & Vendor Coordination
\u2022 Plan and coordinate acCviCes of mul%ple contractors and vendors working
simultaneously.
\u2022 Prepare daily work plans and align manpower accordingly.
\u2022 Monitor contractor producCvity, workmanship, and adherence to Cmelines.
\u2022 Coordinate material requirements and ensure Cmely availability at site.
3. Planning, Scheduling & Control
\u2022 Prepare and track work schedules \/ bar charts.
\u2022 Ensure Cmely compleCon of milestones.
\u2022 IdenCfy risks, delays, or conflicts in advance and take correcCve acCons.
\u2022 Maintain site discipline, safety, and proper housekeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Client Communication & Reporting
\u2022 Act as the primary point of contact at site for the client.
\u2022 Prepare weekly progress reports including:
\u2022 Work completed
\u2022 Work planned for next week
\u2022 Site photographs
\u2022 Issues \/ decisions required from client
\u2022 Clearly explain progress, constraints, and technical aspects to clients in a
professional manner.
\u2022 Support client visits and walkthroughs at site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Documentation & Records
\u2022 Maintain site records such as:
\u2022 Daily work progress
\u2022 Material consumpCon
\u2022 Drawings and revisions
\u2022 Measurement books
\u2022 Ensure all works are properly recorded for billing and future reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desired Skills & Competencies
\u2022 Strong hands-on experience in bungalow \/ villa \/ high-end residen%al
projects
\u2022 Excellent organiza%onal and coordina%on skills
\u2022 Ability to handle mul%ple trades and contractors simultaneously
\u2022 Good communicaCon skills \u2013 verbal, wriXen, and reporCng
\u2022 Proficient in preparing weekly reports and progress updates
\u2022 Problem-solving mindset with aXenCon to detail
\u2022 Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and quality checks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification & Experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Diploma \/ Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
\u2022 5\u20137 years of relevant site execuCon experience in High Quality ResidenCal
projects
\u2022 Experience in luxury or large bungalow projects will be an added advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
