The role oversees all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Project Planning and Coordination<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope of work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop detailed project schedules and milestones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate subcontractors including MEP, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, joinery, and other trades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Site Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain site documentation and progress records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
