Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer with 3-8 years of experience in Automotive \/ Chemical, Railways, Cement, Coal, and Mining Industries under Public and Private entities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical \/ electrical engineering and a proven track record in sales. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively support our customers and drive business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. Primary Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Technical Sales Support:
\uf0b7 Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
\uf0b7 Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of products.
\uf0b7 Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored
solutions.
\uf0b7 Sales Activities:
\uf0b7 Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and chemical
process industries.
\uf0b7 Manage and grow existing customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships
and providing exceptional service.
\uf0b7 Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
\uf0b7 Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
\uf0b7 Market Analysis:
\uf0b7 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
\uf0b7 Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market
demand.
\uf0b7 Project Management:
\uf0b7 Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of
solutions.
\uf0b7 Oversee the implementation and commissioning of projects.
\uf0b7 Customer Support:
\uf0b7 Offer post-sales support and troubleshooting for customers.
\uf0b7 Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use of products and solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D. Role Requirements \/ Specifications
Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical \/ Electrical Engineering
Desired Experience:- Min. 3 to 8 yrs of experience in Railways, Cement, Coal, and Mining Industries under Public and Private entities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
