About the Role :-
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused professional to join our Enterprise Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide the right rental solutions. You\u2019ll engage with enterprise clients, understand their IT needs, share suitable rental options, coordinate internally, and ensure smooth order execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Handle inbound enterprise leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
\uf0b7 Understand customer requirements \u2014 quantity, specifications, duration, and delivery location.
\uf0b7 Prepare and share commercial quotations aligned with company pricing.
\uf0b7 Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and delivery.
\uf0b7 Maintain proper records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
\uf0b7 Build relationships with customers for renewals and repeat business.
\uf0b7 Represent the brand with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Attributes
\uf0b7 Goodlistening and negotiation skills.
\uf0b7 Empathyand positive attitude toward customers.
\uf0b7 Ability to gather requirements and suggest the right solution.
\uf0b7 Organized, confident communicator, and process-driven.
\uf0b7 Basic understanding of IT products (laptops, desktops, servers) preferred.
\uf0b7 Comfortable using CRM and digital communication tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience & Qualification
\uf0b7 Experience: 1\u20133 years in B2B Sales \/ Inside Sales \/ Client Servicing (IT hardware, SaaS, or related field preferred).
