About the Role:
<\/strong>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a social media marketing agency, with strong expertise in managing international clients, handling both organic and paid marketing campaigns, and overseeing web development projects. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone who can take ownership of client success and deliver measurable results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Lead the social\u00a0media marketing\u00a0team and oversee all ongoing campaigns and projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Strategize, plan, and execute organic and paid social\u00a0media\u00a0campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Manage and communicate with international clients, ensuring timely delivery, performance tracking, and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Handle bidding and proposal writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Collaborate with the web development team to align\u00a0marketing\u00a0strategies with website performance and SEO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Monitor analytics and provide insights to optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and ROI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools in\u00a0digital\u00a0and social\u00a0media marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members to achieve campaign and client goals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Minimum 5 years of experience in social\u00a0media\u00a0or\u00a0digital marketing\u00a0(agency experience is a must).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Proven experience managing international clients and executing high-performing campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Strong understanding of organic growth strategies, paid ad campaigns, and bidding processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads\u00a0Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and web analytics tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Exposure to web development and SEO concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
