Job Overview<\/strong>:

An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling a company’s products through<\/p>\n\n\n\n

virtual channels like phone and email, identifying potential leads, qualifying them, presenting product<\/p>\n\n\n\n

information, negotiating deals, and closing sales, all while maintaining strong relationships with existing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

clients and working closely with marketing teams to understand market needs and customer pain points
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/strong>:
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and qualify leads<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sales data is accurate and up-to-date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

professional manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to team success<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Use Google Sheet to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

completeness of the information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Other duties as assigned.
