Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Risk Management \u2013 Physicals (CTRM) \u2013 Motiva Project
\u2022 Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops for Risk Management \u2013 Physicals processes.
\u2022 Configure commodity pricing, formulas, quotations, and integration with SD.
\u2022 Configure pricing procedures and risk analytics.
\u2022 Gather and document business requirements during workshops.
\u2022 Test business-specific scenarios in sandbox and present outcomes to business and
internal teams.
\u2022 Maintain project blueprint, backlog items, and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. SAP IS-OIL \u2013 TD & TSW (P66 Project)
\u2022 Configure IS-OIL Downstream (TD module) including:
o Shipment creation
o Load\/Discharge confirmation
o Shipment costing
\u2022 Strong experience with IS-OIL Transportation & Distribution processes:
o Purchase Orders, STO, Sales Orders
o Shipment creation & execution
o Delivery confirmation
o Shipment cost document processing
\u2022 Configure IS-OIL master data:
o Vehicle master, Transportation units, TU types
o Route & Partner determination
o Driver master, bulk shipments
o In-transit stock & storage locations
\u2022 Work on HPM (Conversion group, UoM group, O3Defaults).
\u2022 Configure TSW master data (Locations, Partner Roles, Transport Systems).
\u2022 Execute TSW scenarios: Marine & Pipeline movements (OK-DX, OK-DG, OX-DS,
etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Work on MAP Formula & Average Pricing \u2013 creation of F&A pricing master data,
formulas, condition types, and pricing rules.
\u2022 Build custom pricing procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. SAP SD + PMO Activities (Al Qaryan Project)
\u2022 Work on SAP SD in S\/4 HANA environment.
\u2022 Understand project scope, contract requirements, and key milestones.
\u2022 Prepare project plans and ensure adherence to timelines.
\u2022 Stakeholder management and active collaboration with product specialists.
\u2022 Own monthly workstream reporting and maintain project artifacts in SharePoint.
\u2022 Manage Change Requests, Milestone Control, and documentation readiness for
steering committees.
\u2022 Coordinate client demos, UAT, SIT, and sign-off.
\u2022 Work with developers for custom builds and testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
