Job Description \u2013 Regional Sales Leader (North India)
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Leader will drive strategic sales initiatives across North India,
spearheading revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client
relationships. This role demands deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities,
and a proven track record of winning and managing large enterprise accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence
\u2022 Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
\u2022 Provide strategic insights to influence product offerings, pricing strategies, and
market positioning.
\u2022 Identify new business opportunities and evolving customer needs within the region.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
\u2022 Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
\u2022 Lead enterprise sales efforts, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and
growth targets.
\u2022 Manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation to closure.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
\u2022 Identify, prospect, and onboard new enterprise clients.
\u2022 Strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure retention and long-term
value creation.
\u2022 Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across existing accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Team Leadership
\u2022 Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.
\u2022 Define team goals, monitor performance, and guide capability development.
\u2022 Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
\u2022 Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align regional
strategies.
\u2022 Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence
dashboards.
\u2022 Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications & Experience
\u2022 Experience:
o Minimum 20 years in IT sales, with 10+ years in leadership roles.
\u2022 Domain Expertise:
o Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services.
\u2022 Regional Knowledge:
o Deep familiarity with the North India market and its business environment.
\u2022 Skills:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and complex sales
cycles.
\u2022 Education:
o Graduate in Engineering\/IT or MBA in Sales\/Marketing preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
