Job Overview<\/strong>
The Senior SaaS Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding
international market presence, and leading a high-performance SaaS sales team. This is a key
client-facing leadership role involving sales strategy, business development, pipeline
management, team leadership, and enterprise-level deal closures across global markets.
We are looking for an innovative, data-driven, and inspirational leader with a strong SaaS sales
background and proven success in scaling teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership
\u2022 Own and manage the P&L for the international SaaS sales business unit.
\u2022 Forecast, manage, and track sales activities to meet revenue and quarterly quotas.
\u2022 Build scalable, predictable, and data-driven sales processes.
\u2022 Drive consistent pipeline development and closure across global regions.
Business Development
\u2022 Oversee the entire sales cycle from demand generation to deal closure.
\u2022 Identify, qualify, and pursue new international opportunities.
\u2022 Conduct outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and enterprise-level outreach.
\u2022 Perform effective online demos and presentations to prospects.
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients across industries.
Team Management
\u2022 Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success
Managers.
\u2022 Guide team members on pipeline management, forecasting, activity levels, and deal
closures.
\u2022 Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cross-Functional Collaboration
\u2022 Work closely with Marketing for lead generation and campaign planning.
\u2022 Provide product feedback to the Product & Technology teams for tech enhancements.
\u2022 Support leadership with strategic insights, competitive analysis, and revenue planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications & Skills
\u2022 8\u201310 years of total experience in B2B SaaS sales.
\u2022 Minimum 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the overseas market.
\u2022 3+ years of proven team management experience in high-growth environments.
\u2022 Strong experience in inside and outside sales, outbound prospecting, and enterprise
deal closures.
\u2022 Existing network and relationships with C-level decision-makers.
\u2022 Experience managing large accounts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
\u2022 Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup
environment.
\u2022 Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
\u2022 Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
