Role Overview<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) \u2013 Hyderabad will be responsible for driving sales and business growth
across the Telangana region. The role includes managing the direct store, expanding the dealer\/OEM
network, and providing guidance to the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Sales & Growth
\uf0b7 Drive revenue across SLA, Lithium EV, and Motorcycle battery product lines.
\uf0b7 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
\uf0b7 Expand and strengthen the dealer and OEM network in Hyderabad & Telangana.
\uf0b7 Manage the direct store to maximize sales and customer engagement.
\uf0b7 Dealer & Channel Management
\uf0b7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
\uf0b7 Provide training, support, and monitoring to ensure dealer performance.
\uf0b7 Execute region-specific salesstrategies aligned with company objectives.
\uf0b7 Customer & After-Sales Guidance
\uf0b7 Provide guidance to the local after-sales team for warranty handling, service quality, and
customer satisfaction.
\uf0b7 Ensure quick resolution of escalated customer concerns.
\uf0b7 Share product feedback and service insights with Head Office.
\uf0b7 Market Development
\uf0b7 Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and regional demand shifts.
\uf0b7 Provide inputs for promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
\uf0a7 Experience: 4\u20136 years in sales\/business development, preferably in batteries, EV, automotive, or
power sector.
\uf0a7 Education: Graduate\/MBA preferred.
\uf0a7 Strong understanding of Hyderabad\/Telangana market.
\uf0a7 Proven ability to build and manage dealer networks.
\uf0a7 Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
\uf0a7 Willingness to travel extensively within the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
