About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer (MERN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance
web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will be
responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using MERN technologies.
\uf0b7 Build scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
\uf0b7 Develop responsive, user-friendly UI\/UX with React.js.
\uf0b7 Manage databases with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, optimization).
\uf0b7 Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
\uf0b7 Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality
software.
\uf0b7 Implement CI\/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
\uf0b7 Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
\uf0b7 Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in full-stack development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills & Qualifications
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
\uf0b7 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
\uf0b7 Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS\/LESS.
\uf0b7 Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.).
\uf0b7 Knowledge of REST API, GraphQL, WebSockets.
\uf0b7 Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
\uf0b7 Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
\uf0b7 Experience with Git, GitHub\/GitLab, and Agile methodologies.
\uf0b7 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
\uf0b7 Experience with Next.js or React Native for web\/mobile apps.
\uf0b7 Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
\uf0b7 Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, CI\/CD, Terraform).
\uf0b7 Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2.0).
\uf0b7 Exposure to Unit Testing & Automation (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
