Key Responsibilities :- <\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. GST Compliance &amp; Filings
Manage preparation and filing of GST returns and manage GST audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. TDS\/TCS Compliance &amp; Management Oversee TDS and TCS compliance. Prepare and file statutory forms and issue certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Income Tax Returns Preparation
Prepare and file income tax returns, manage tax audits, and handle documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. MCA\/ROC Compliance
Complete statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Monthly Financial Reporting
Prepare trial balance, P&amp;L statement, and balance sheet for management review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Internal Audit &amp; Controls
Conduct periodic reviews and ensure accuracy in compliance processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Bank Reconciliation &amp; Management
Ensure accurate bank reconciliation and manage banking relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Annual Closure &amp; Audit Coordination
Manage year-end close process and coordinate external audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Tally Prime Book Maintenance
Maintain accuracy of financial data and generate required reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Tax Department Correspondence
Respond to tax notices and manage tax audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Banking &amp; Financial Institution Coordination
Liaise with banks and prepare required documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Compliance Strategy &amp; Risk Management
Establish internal controls, set compliance deadlines, and manage risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :- <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Educational Qualifications
\uf0b7 \u2022 B.Com or M.Com
\uf0b7 \u2022 Strong computer skills: Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced)
B. Technical Skills &amp; Expertise
\uf0b7 \u2022 GST laws and compliance (GSTR filings, ITC reconciliation)
\uf0b7 \u2022 Income Tax compliance (ITR preparation, TDS\/TCS, Tax Audit)
\uf0b7 \u2022 Accounting Standards (Ind-AS, GAAP)
\uf0b7 \u2022 Banking Operations (BRS, fund transfers, credit facility compliance)
\uf0b7 \u2022 ROC\/MCA compliance and regulations
\uf0b7 \u2022 Tally ERP expertise (data entry, report generation, month-end\/year-end closure, E- Invoice, E-way Bill)
\uf0b7 \u2022 Financial Analysis (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet interpretation, variance analysis)
C. Experience
\uf0b7 \u2022 x years in accounting, taxation, and compliance
\uf0b7 \u2022 Multi-entity accounting (managing 2-3 companies simultaneously)
\uf0b7 \u2022 Statutory compliance and tax return preparation experience
